Release

The current release of kwiklook is Version 4.3.0 Build 709. A manual upgrade procedure is already available. Download the upgrade files here.

Bugs/Fixes

• Continuous Improvement Plan and the Project Report Selector – Moved from Communications module into a new licensed module called Project.
• Risk Register and Risk Register Report Selector – Moved from Communications module into the OHS Certification module and renamed to Hazard Register and Hazard Register Report Selector.
• Added delay for Visitor Attendance > Visitor Sign-In.
• Fix for Visitor Sign-In > Multiple Visitors signing in at once. kwiklook no longer freezes when signing in multiple visitors at once.
• Fix for Cost Expense Browse Window - Cost browse to show correct information. Cost Log now fully functional.
• Fix for Default Credential Allocator > Service Provider > Corporate. Load Default Credentials for External Service Providers now working.
• Fix for Incident Analysis causing kwiklook to freeze. kwiklook no longer freezes when trying to open the Incident Analysis window.
• Fix for WebServer. WebServer buttons (New, View, Next, Previous, First and Last) now working.
• Fix for Divisions. Add Division users into kwiklook. No need to log out of a Facility to report on other Facilities.
• Fix for Staff Clock In-Out > 'Change Password at First Login' error. Users can now change their password when using Staff Clock In-Out.
• Fix for CIM Integration not finishing integration process due to errors while integration is running. CIM Integration completes the process if errors have occurred.
• Fix for CIM Integration > Interval run time. CIM Integration now runs at the set interval run time in kwiklook.
• Fix for Options > Core > Advanced > CIM Integration > Last CIM Integration Time and Date. Date and Time of last CIM Integration process now showing correctly in Core > Options > Advanced tab.
• Occupation = Classification: Staff Detail > Credentials > Occupation is to be inserted into User Detail in Care and Lifestyle as Classification for ACFI Claims to be sent (LCP only). Staff Classifications in Care and Lifestyle are now set by the Staff Occupation in kwiklook for ACFI claim forms and Progress Notes.
• Fix for Workstation Timeout: Login credentials are now accepted (LCP only).

Upgrade Procedure

Choose one of the following methods to upgrade your kwiklook installation:

• kwiklook Upgrade Setup Installer - assisted upgrade with setup installation program (recommended).
• Unassisted kwiklook Upgrade Procedure - the Unassisted Upgrade requires manual copy of files to runtime folders.
