Cannot print labels on my DYMO LabelWriter 450/450T!

Labels do not print on my DYMO LabelWriter 450/450 Turbo

Symptoms

"Cannot print any labels from visitor id"

Cause

"DYMO LabelWriter Software does not recognise the file format"

Remedy

1. Uninstall the DYMO LabelWriter Software completely.
2. Download and install DYMO LabelWriter Software v8.3 here.
3. Download the new *.label format labels from here.
4. Unzip the labels and open the VisPassPhoto.label label in DYMO LabelWriter Software.
5. Save the label (you can overwrite the existing label).
6. Rename the label to VisPassPhoto.lwt.
7. Double click on the renamed label and the label should open in DYMO LabelWriter Software.
8. Repeat steps 4-7 for the VisPassNoPhoto.label label.
9. Place these newly saved labels into the 'KVKiosk\Database' folder, overwriting the existing files.
10. Run visitor id Administration.
11. Click Options > LabelWriter > Select label file.
12. Select one of the label files and click 'Print sample label'. The label should now print successfully.
