CardComplete Product Support

Overview

CardComplete is business card scanning solution for use with visitor id.

Prerequisites

• CardScan scanner
• Download CardComplete Software
• CardComplete.ini file needed for visitor id field mapping

Instructions

1. Download the CardComplete software to a temporary folder
2. Run setup.exe and follow the prompts
3. Download the CardComplete.ini file and unzip to the CardComplete folder overwriting the existing CardComplete.ini file, i.e. 'C:\Program Files\Abditech\CardComplete'
4. Run CardComplete and enter the licence key provided by your FutureIT Representative
5. Run visitor id and test CardScan scanner with a business card. All fields should be filled out correctly
