DataServer, KioskServer and WebServer Stopping

Reported Fault
"DataServer, KioskServer and/or WebServer services are stopping randomly."
Symptoms
- DataServer stops running even thought Windows Service Manager states the service is running.
- KioskServer stops running even thought Windows Service Manager states the service is running.
- WebServer stops running even thought Windows Service Manager states the service is running.
Cause
- The kwiklook services are not installed correctly.
Remedy
- Change the service 'Log On Name' to 'Network Service'.
- Right Click on 'Computer' from the Desktop or Start Menu and select 'Manage'.
- Expand 'Services and Applications' and select 'Services'.
- Right Click on 'kwiklook Data Server' and select 'Properties'.
- Click the 'Log On' tab and click the 'Browse' button.
- Type the name of a user that has administrator rights to the local PC and the network in the 'Enter the object name to select' text box and click 'OK'.
- Click 'Apply'. Click 'OK'.
- Repeat for other kwiklook services.
- Restart the machine.
- Setup Recovery settings for service failures.
- Right Click on 'Computer' from the Desktop or Start Menu and select 'Manage'.
- Expand 'Services and Applications' and select 'Services'.
- Right Click on 'kwiklook Data Server' and select 'Properties'.
- Click the 'Recovery' tab.
- Change 'First Failure', 'Second Failure' and 'Third Failure' to 'Restart the service'.
- Click 'Apply'. Click 'OK'.
- Repeat for other kwiklook services.
