File Access Error Unable to Access Options Record

Reported Fault

"File Access Error: Unable to access Options record. Error(37) File Not Open"

Symptoms

1. When running kwiklook the above error message appears randomly.

Cause

1. The computer is experiencing network issues.
2. The network is having issues.

Remedy

1. Restart the computer.
2. Investigate network resources and traffic between your computer and kwiklook SQL database.

Note

This issue does not harm kwiklook in any way. The message means kwiklook did not receive a response from the kwiklook database in a timely fashion.
