Forgotten your password?

Description

If you have forgotten your password ask your Administrator to reset your Password and issue a new one to you.

Instructions

To reset a Password:

1. Go to: Security | Users on the menu bar.
2. Find the User whose Password is to be reset.
3. Highlight the User (click once) in the browse and select the Change button.
4. In the User Detail window select the Override Password box.
5. Enter a new Password in the Password field.
6. Select Ok to save the changes and close the window.
7. The new Password is now active.
