Overview
TeamViewer may be initialised by the end-user to allow instant remote access to the user's desktop.
Prerequisites
- The FutureIT Support Consultant (connecting to the Customer desktop) must have the TeamViewer Installed.
- The Customer (recipient of Support Services) must run the TeamViewer executable as directed in the instructions herein.
Instructions
Alternatively run TeamViewer from the TeamViewer Download Page on this Wiki.
To initialise connection on the target desktop
- On the target desktop, (Customer) navigate to TeamViewer Website Download Page select the TeamViewer QuickSupport Download link and choose the Run option.
