Restore the kwiklook SQL Database?

Overview
The kwiklook SQL Database may be restored to a new SQL Server from a SQL .*bak (SQL backup) file using this sql script.
The script must be run by the SQL System Administrator under SQL Management Studio or other similar SQL Server Adminstrative tool.
