kwiklook EasyTours is a new platform for Starting and Finishing Tours on kwiklook setups that use Windows Terminal Services.

[edit] Prerequisites

• kwiklook Version 4.3.0.709 installed on kwiklook Server PC.

[edit] Installation

1. Download kwiklook EasyTours.
2. Unzip to folder 'C:\FutureIT\kwiklook EasyTours'.
3. Navigate to the folder 'C:\FutureIT\kwiklook EasyTours\Program' and create a shortcut for the file 'KLTL.exe' to the desktop.
4. Rename the shortcut on the desktop to 'kwiklook EasyTours' and place on all user's desktops.
5. Double click on the 'kwiklook EasyTours' shortcut.
6. Type in the name of the kwiklook server including the SQL Server Instance name into 'Server'.
7. Type in the kwiklook database name into 'Database'.
8. Type in the SQL Server login name into 'Username'.
9. Type in the SQL Server login password into 'Password' and click 'Connect'.

[edit] Uninstallation

1. Delete the 'kwiklook EasyTours' shortcut from all user's desktops.
2. Delete the entire kwiklook EasyTours folder from 'C:\FutureIT'.
