The incorrect Time and/or Date is entered on the form

The incorrect time and/or Date may appear for the following known reasons:

1. Microsoft Windows Terminal Server is not configured correctly to handle different time zones. If running Terminal Server where thin-clients are supported across different time zones, refer the following topic: Configuring_Windows_Terminal_Server_for_Differing_Time_Zones
2. Microsoft Windows Time and/or Date is set incorrectly on the computer. The application uses Windows time/date and format. Set the correct time/date under Windows.
