Overview
To uninstall mobile kwiklook, server and client components must be removed.
Server
The uninstallation process involves disabling and removing the mobile kwiklook web application from Internet Information Services (IIS) and optionally removing the mobile kwikook folder from the root FutureIT directory.
Client
The Windows program removal (uninstallation) process does not completely remove all files. If all files must be removed from the machine, follow the procedure Completely removing mobile kwiklook Client.
Instructions
- Select: Start > Settings > System > Remove Programs.
- Select the mobile kwiklook icon to remove the program from the device.
